- Rates: Rates are per night, for up to 14 people. It is not the price per person.
- Tax: Minnesota Tax of 6.875% applies to all rentals and cleaning fees.
- Reservation: 25% down required to reserve, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in date.
- Security Deposit:
- 4 Nights or Less Rentals: $250 Security Deposit
- 5 Nights or More Rentals: $500 Security Deposit
- The security deposit will be refunded if no damage to property occurred and no items are missing.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Within 30 days of Check-In Date: Forfeits 100% of rental cost.
- Within 31 - 90 days of Check-In Date: Forfeits 25% of rental cost.
- Prior to 90 days of Check-In Date: Incurs $50 Fee
- Discounts: 10% discount for repeat customers.
- Payment Options: Cashier's checks, credit cards, and PayPal are accepted..
- Cleaning: The lake home must be cleaned and returned to the same condition prior to checking-in. Cleaning supplies are provided. There are two options if you would wish not to clean the lake home.
- $125 Cleaning Service: Covers cleaning of the home, but excludes washing of linens, towels, etc.
- $185 Cleaning Service: Covers cleaning of the home, and includes washing of linens, towels, etc.
- Boat & Trampoline: Not available for rental.
