  • Reservation: 25% down required to reserve, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in date.
  • Security Deposit: $500.00
    • This is returned upon check out if no damage to property occurred and no items are missing.
  • Cancellation: A cancellation within 30 days of scheduled rental forfeits 50% of the rental cost. A cancellation prior to 90 days of scheduled rental incurs a $50.00 charge.
  • Discounts: Up to 10% discount for repeat customers.
  • Payment Options: Cashier's checks.
  • Cleaning: The lake home must be cleaned and returned to the same condition prior to checking-in. The cleaning supplies are provided. There is the option to pay $175 if you wish not to clean the lake home. All linens, towels, etc. must be cleaned prior to your departure regardless if the lake home is self-cleaned or the cleaning services are requested. Thank you!
